Can I have another person in my photos?

We'd be happy to discuss your desires for another person in your portrait photos! We encourage you to send us a message or give us a call so we can get a better idea of what your ultimate goal is for your photo shoot, and get an idea of how to best make it happen for you!

What if I want different backdrops?

We have a variety of options for the background of your photography session. Whether you want an outdoor background, a stylized indoor setting, or a classic solid backdrop, we have plenty of options to suit your needs.

I'm not sure how to do my hair and makeup.

That's OK! Oregon Studio Group provides hair and makeup services by a professional MUA (Make Up Artist) for every photo shoot. We'll have an idea of what you'd like your photos to look like during your free photography consultation, and our MUA will ensure that you look your best for your photo shoot!

I don't know what to wear.

No need to worry, our studio has the largest collection of gowns, accessories, and more, in all of Southern Oregon! We have everything from bridal gowns to cocktail dresses, fur coats to rhinestone tiaras, and all in a variety of sizes. Of course we also encourage you to bring some outfits of your own that you feel beautiful in! (Here's a little sneak peek at some of the beautiful gowns in our photography wardrobe!)

 

What are these photo shoots for?

Our luxury fashion photo shoots are fun, amazing opportunities for you to get dolled up, be a fashion model for a day in gorgeous outfits, and have a stunning assortment of pictures of yourself to remember forever! Many clients have used their glamorous fashion photos for portfolios, pageant submissions, bridal gown photos for wedding albums, gifts for spouses and other family, visual celebrations of meeting a weight goal, and just for fun to put up on their wall!

Do I have to bring my own theatrical makeup for a Creative Fashion photo shoot?

Absolutely not! Of course if you have something specific you're considering wanting in your photos, you're welcome to bring it to our initial meeting so we can take a look. But our professional MUA and creative designer are very experienced and will ensure that you look your best for your photos, no matter what!

I don't have any costumes or props.

No need to worry, our studio has the largest collection of gowns, accessories, and more, in all of Southern Oregon! For creative portrait photo sessions, we bring in a creative designer to create your look, design your accessories, coordinate props, and anything else that may be required to achieve the vision you have. I've never modeled before, I don't know what to do.

Most of our clients are not models! That's totally OK, and we're used to it. John, the photographer and owner of Oregon Studio Group, has many years of experience and knows just how to have clients position themselves for the camera in order to capture the best photos. His casual nature will instantly put you at ease so you can concentrate on just having fun! John will direct you on how to hold your hands, tilt your head, and anything else, so don't let that stop you from giving yourself this fun photo shoot!
