Do You Travel?

Yes! While the majority of the weddings we photograph are in Medford, and Ashland, we are glad to travel to any location for weddings in Southern Oregon! Travel and/or lodging fees vary depending on the event timing, location, and related details. Contact us today to talk about hiring us as your Southern Oregon wedding photographer!

Do You Require a Deposit?

We require a 30% retainer fee to secure your wedding date on our photography calendar. This retainer is non-refundable, which is generally standard for the industry. The remainder of the balance can be split into payments as long as the final payment is made no later than 30 days prior to your event.

How Many Hours of Photography are Included?

We are unique as the only Medford wedding photographer who offers all-day photography of weddings at flat rates! You won't find any hourly fees when you book us as your wedding photographer.

When is Full Payment Due?

The full balance of your chosen wedding photography collection is due no later than 30 days prior to your wedding.

How Many Photographers Will There Be?

One photography will be present at your event, no matter what! Depending on the location layout, size, and number of guests, we often choose to bring along a second photographer (at no extra cost to you) to capture every detail of your wedding.

Ideally, we don't want to miss anything! As a basic rule, we'll strive to capture photos in each of these parts of your wedding:

When Will We Get Our Pictures?

While we do our best to be as quick as possible, there is a LOT of post-process work that goes into providing you with the best wedding photographs. We generally ask that couples allow us 3-5 weeks for turnaround, which allows us time to:

Sort through thousands of photos we'll capture
Remove duplicates, eyes closed, blurry images, etc.
Balance the color and lighting
Enhance contrast
Remove minor distracting elements, if needed
Crop each photo

Trust us, your patience is greatly appreciated and we promise to provide you with our best work when we're done!

Please note that we need to have at least one casual meeting over the phone or in-person first! That way we can be sure that we're available on your wedding date and we can answer any questions prior to you signing our photography contract.
